Remember, Hearth Display are still shipped in the order they are purchased, so you'll still need to complete your remaining balance to finalize your delivery date.

We've seen overwhelming demand so far. As we continue to scale, we're shipping Hearth Displays in the order they are purchased. We anticipate a five month lead time between order and shipping. We are working with our manufacturing partners to expedite new deliveries while also creating the best customer experience for you. You will receive consistent, timely updates as we progress toward your shipping date.

Deposit Refunds
The most important thing to us is ensuring Hearth actually makes your life easier. You can receive a refund on your deposit at any time until you fulfill your order –just email us at hello@hearthdisplay.com and we'll take care of you.

Hearth Display Returns
Once you receive your Hearth Display, you're able to request a return within 30 days of receiving your Hearth Display. To begin the return process, please email us at hello@hearthdisplay.com. As soon as your Hearth has been received by our warehouse, we will send your refund to the original form of payment. Depending on your bank or credit card, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to process and be credited to your account.

Think of Hearth Helper as a supercharger for your family’s calendar. Just text Hearth Helper an image of your paper schedules and watch the event details automatically appear on your Hearth digital calendar. Hearth Helper is perfect for when you’re on-the-go and don’t want to forget adding an event, or for consolidating all the paper calendars you have laying around.

If you don't feel the subscription is for you, basic calendar functionality is included with your Hearth Display purchase, so if you're looking for calendar visibility only, we got you. Without the subscription, you'll be able to use Hearth as a digital calendar display and will still be able to view and sync your existing calendars, so if you're looking for calendar visibility only, this is a great option.
