Get early access to order
You’ll get early access to order before our 100K+ waitlist. Shipping timelines are still first come, first serve – so be on the look out for when orders open! 👀
Pay your balance
We’ll email you when it’s time to complete your preorder and pay your remaining balance ($549). The sooner you finalize your order, the sooner your Hearth Display will ship.

What's your shipping timeline?*
We've seen overwhelming demand so far. As we continue to scale, we're shipping Hearth Displays in the order they are purchased. We anticipate a five month lead time between order and shipping. We are working with our manufacturing partners to expedite new deliveries while also creating the best customer experience for you. You will receive consistent, timely updates as we progress toward your shipping date.
What is early adopter pricing?
As a thank you for your patience, we're offering $100 off our retail price to our early adopters. You'll receive the best price we'll offer – $699 $599 with three months of free software subscription (regularly $9/month).
What does 'limited production run' mean?
In 2022, we were overwhelmed by the positive support of Hearth. Our first month's batch of orders sold out in less than three hours (and our entire first production run was gone in 2 weeks). 😅 Even as we scale, our production runs will still be limited in quantity. We expect they'll sell out quickly!
What is Hearth Helper?
Think of Hearth Helper as a supercharger for your family’s calendar. Just text Hearth Helper an image of your paper schedules and watch the event details automatically appear on your Hearth digital calendar. Hearth Helper is perfect for when you’re on-the-go and don’t want to forget adding an event, or for consolidating all the paper calendars you have laying around.
What if I don’t want to pay for the Hearth subscription?
If you don't feel the subscription is for you, basic calendar functionality is included with your Hearth Display purchase, so if you're looking for calendar visibility only, we got you. Without the subscription, you'll be able to use Hearth as a digital calendar display and will still be able to view and sync your existing calendars, so if you're looking for calendar visibility only, this is a great option.
We’re including three months of free software subscription with every purchase – so you can try the subscription before committing to it. We’re confident you’ll love it and won’t be able to imagine life without it 🙂
What's your shipping and refund policy?
Hearth Display Returns
Once you receive your Hearth Display, you're able to request a return within 30 days of receiving your Hearth Display. To begin the return process, please email us at hello@hearthdisplay.com. As soon as your Hearth has been received by our warehouse, we will send your refund to the original form of payment. Depending on your bank or credit card, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to process and be credited to your account.
