Shipping Policy

By placing your pre-order and paying your deposit, you secure your spot in line to receive your Hearth Display during our first batch of production scheduled in early 2022! Once your Hearth is ready to ship, you will receive an email confirmation where we will share instructions on completing payment for your remaining Hearth balance. Upon payment, you will receive a link to schedule your delivery with our delivery partner. You can then choose to have your Hearth shipped directly to you or schedule our white-glove delivery service and installation (for an additional service fee).
Should you choose white-glove delivery, our delivery partner will confirm your specific delivery window. 
Hearth can be installed on drywall, masonry, plaster & concrete. Should you choose to decline white-glove delivery and instead select self-installation, you will be provided with a tracking number via email once your product ships. We will provide additional detailed installation instructions via email. 
Note that your 30-days no-questions-asked return policy begins the day of delivery, and your monthly membership will begin once you activate your Hearth.
