Shipping is free! However, when your Hearth is ready to ship, you'll have the option between direct delivery with self-installation or white-glove delivery and installation. if you choose white-glove delivery and installation, you may be subject to an additional service fee.
Your Hearth comes with a wall-mounting system and can be installed on drywall, masonry, plaster & concrete. When it comes time to finalize your order before your display goes into production, you'll have the option to select a white-glove installation if you'd rather us take care of it for you!
The most important thing to us is ensuring Hearth actually makes your life easier. If Hearth isn’t working for you, let us know and we’ll do everything possible to help. We also offer a full refund, no questions asked within 30 days of receiving your Hearth Display. To begin the return process, please email us at email@example.com. As soon as your Hearth has been received by our warehouse, we will send your refund to the original form of payment. Depending on your bank or credit card, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to process and be credited to your account.
If you’d like to cancel your Hearth Display order any time prior to delivery, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your cancellation is processed, your deposit will be refunded within 5-10 days to your original form of payment.
