Hearth is giving away two Hearth Displays (along with two, three-month free subscriptions to our Family Membership) to one winner and their friend in honor of our 3rd drop. The winner will be announced after giveaway entries have closed. Please read below for our terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility: 1.1. The giveaway is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States and are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. 1.2. Employees, representatives, and immediate family members of Hearth Display, including its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising or promotional agencies, are not eligible to participate in the giveaway.
   
   
2. Entry: 2.1. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win the giveaway. 2.2. Participants can enter the giveaway by following the instructions provided in the giveaway announcement, which may include actions such as liking, sharing, or commenting on a specific social media post or filling out an online form. 2.3. Participants must provide accurate and complete information when entering the giveaway.
   
   
3. Giveaway Period: 3.1. The giveaway period is October 19 - November 1, 2023. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
   
   
4. Prize: 4.1. The prize(s) and their value(s) will be clearly stated in the giveaway announcement. 4.2. The prize(s) is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item. 4.3. Hearth Display reserves the right to substitute the prize(s) with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
   
   
5. Winner Selection: 5.1. The winner(s) will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. 5.2. The winner(s) will be notified through the contact information provided during entry within a reasonable time after the giveaway period ends. 5.3. If a winner(s) does not respond within 7 days of the initial notification, Hearth Display reserves the right to disqualify the winner(s) and select an alternate winner(s) from the remaining eligible entries. The estimated shipping timeframe will be early 2024 and can be. subject to shipping delays depending on inventory levels.
   
   
6. Publicity: 6.1. By participating in the giveaway, participants grant Hearth Display the right to use their names, images, and any submitted content for promotional purposes, without any further compensation.
   
   
7. Privacy: 7.1. Any personal information provided by participants during the giveaway will be used in accordance with Hearth Display's Privacy Policy.
   
   
8. General Conditions: 8.1. Hearth Display reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice, for any reason. 8.2. Hearth Display is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries or for any technical or human error that may occur during the entry process. 8.3. By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless Hearth Display, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising or promotional agencies, from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the giveaway or the use of the prize(s).
