Return Policy

We want to ensure that Hearth Display truly meets your needs. If it does not, you may return your Hearth Display within 120 days of receiving your delivery.

To begin the return process, please contact us here. We will provide a pre-paid return label. Once the product is received by our warehouse, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that shipping service costs are non-refundable.

Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.


Return Conditions

  • You may open and use your Hearth Display before deciding to return it. The product must be in good condition and include all original parts (mount, power cord, and accessories).
  • The Display must be returned in its original packaging, including both protective boxes, to ensure the screen is protected during shipping.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and credited to your original form of payment.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our support team here to request a pre-paid return label.
  2. Carefully repackage your Hearth Display using the original packaging.
  3. Ship the product using the provided label.
  4. Once received and processed by our warehouse, we will issue your refund.

Refund Timing

Refunds are issued after the returned Hearth Display has been received and inspected by our warehouse. Depending on your financial institution, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to post to your account.


Warranty Policy

Hearth Display products purchased through authorized retailers include a one-year limited warranty.

If your Hearth Display is found to be defective due to a manufacturing issue within one year of purchase, you are eligible for a full, in-kind replacement.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or abuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers

Reporting a Manufacturing Defect
