Yes, every Open Box Hearth Display is backed by a 1-year Hearth Display warranty from the date of delivery. If anything goes wrong, we’ll replace it, so you can shop with confidence knowing you're covered.

Your Hearth Display order will process within 2 business days of placing your order. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery times vary based on location. If you have questions on your order, please reach out to our support team.

Yes! Because we’re built by moms motivated to improve family organization, we’re constantly iterating, optimizing our product, and eager to receive feedback from Hearth Families. Last year we released 75 new product features, and we’ve been hard at work this year to bring new features into our families homes. With our over-the-air updates, members will automatically get access to our latest features!

Our family membership is required to onboard, but there’s no up-front charge. Your first month will be on us! Your Hearth Display and membership work hand-in-hand to help streamline family organization like never before, and you’ll see how all of this works during your trial. Continuing after the trial is completely optional, but you’ll pre-select your membership type at check out - our Monthly plan for only $9 a month, or our Annual plan to save 20% at only $86.40 a year. Your first membership charge occurs after your first 30-days.
