We’re advocating for Paid Leave with Bobbie
Did you know that 3 out of 10 women will drop out of the workforce within a year of welcoming a child when they don’t have access to paid leave?
As of March 2024, only 14 out of the 50 US states offer paid leave. Alongside superstar Naomi Osaka, Bobbie is championing the Family and Medical Insurance Leave Act, which would guarantee a minimum monthly benefit of $580.
In the meantime, and in the company of other brands, including Hearth, they’re giving $580 to over 100 families to support parents.
